Creating Your Scoriet Account

Getting started with Scoriet is simple. In just a few minutes, you'll have a full-featured account ready to generate your first project. Let's walk through the registration process step by step.

What You'll Need

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• ✉️ A valid email address (you'll need this to verify your account)
• 🔐 A secure password (at least 8 characters, with letters and numbers)
• 💼 Basic information like your name and organization (optional but helpful)
• 🌐 A web browser with JavaScript enabled

Scoriet works best on modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Older browser versions may have compatibility issues.

Step-by-Step Registration

1. Navigate to the Scoriet Sign-Up Page

Open your web browser and go to the Scoriet homepage. Look for the "Sign Up" or "Create Account" button in the top right corner.

2. Fill Out Your Information

You'll see the registration form. Here's what each field means:

Full Name	Your first and last name	✅ Yes

Confirm Password	Re-enter your password to confirm	✅ Yes

• Use at least 8 characters
• Mix uppercase and lowercase letters
• Include numbers and special characters (!@#$%)
• Avoid using common words or personal information
• Don't reuse passwords from other accounts :::

3. Review the Terms of Service

Before you can create your account, you'll need to agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Take a moment to review these—they outline how we protect your data and what you can do with Scoriet.

Check the box that says "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy".

4. Click "Create Account"

Once you've filled in all required fields and agreed to the terms, click the blue "Create Account" button. Scoriet will process your information and send you a verification email.

5. Verify Your Email

Check your email inbox (sometimes checks your spam folder too!) for a message from noreply@scoriet.com with the subject "Verify Your Scoriet Account".

Click the "Verify Email" button or link in the email. This confirms that you own the email address and is required to activate your account.

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Wait a few minutes—sometimes emails take a moment to arrive
• Make sure you typed your email correctly during registration
• You can request a new verification email from the login page :::

6. Email Verified! You're Ready to Go

Once you click the verification link, you'll see a success message. Your account is now active and ready to use!

Account Security Best Practices

:::caution Keep Your Password Safe

• Never share your password with anyone
• Don't store it in plain text files or sticky notes
• Change your password regularly (every 90 days)
• Logout when using shared computers :::

:::info Enable Two-Factor Authentication Once logged in, visit your account settings to enable optional two-factor authentication (2FA). This adds an extra security layer by requiring a code from your phone during login. :::

Troubleshooting Registration

"Email already registered"
This email is already associated with a Scoriet account. If this is your account, go to Login. If you forgot your password, use the password reset feature.

"Password doesn't meet requirements"
Make sure your password has at least 8 characters, includes letters and numbers, and doesn't contain only sequential characters.

"Name field is required"
Please enter your full name to proceed. This helps us provide better support and personalized features.

"I can't receive the verification email"
Check your spam folder first. If it's still not there, you can request a new verification email from the login page—just click "Didn't receive verification email?"
